Her illustrious career has been punctuated by various titles and awards, including Miss Esteem Schools in 2011, Miss Unical Most Creative in 2017, and Queen of Food Security Nigeria in 2021-2022. As Queen of Food Security Nigeria, Grace spearheaded transformative outreach programs, empowering youths and advocating sustainable agricultural practices.
Her accolades speak volumes, with the title of Best Sales Representative bestowed upon her in 2023. Additionally, she was honored with the CNA Awards (Under 30 CEO’s Network AFRICA) in the Real Estate Category in 2023, & AFRICA’S UNDER 40 CEO’s AWARD in Uganda 2024, solidifying her reputation as an industry leader. What’s your favorite part about helping people find their dream home?
My favorite part is witnessing the joy and excitement on clients’ faces when they realize they’ve found the perfect place and made the right decision in regards to their investments.
There’s a unique satisfaction in helping people achieve a major life milestone, and I love being able to turn their visions into reality.
How do you stay updated with industry trends or continue learning?
I stay updated through a mix of professional development courses, industry seminars, and regularly following top real estate publications, mentors and professionals.
Networking with industry peers is also very essential for me to gain fresh insights and adapt to new trends effectively.
What skills do you believe are critical for success in your field?
First, consistency! I also believe strong communication, transparency, adaptability, and resilience are my vitals. Building trust with clients, staying informed on market shifts, and effectively navigating challenges make all the difference in providing and delivering exceptional service.
